After 35 years of service with the United States Post Office and military service Barry Moore was not quite ready to retire. Making an amazing Bruschetta that was loved by all who tried it his family suggested that he go into business selling it. So along with his son, a phenomenal chef, and his brother with a strong mind set for business, it began. JNB Specialty Foods were created between 2011 and 2014 with  selections of Salsas, Bruschetta and a Cranberry Chutney that is simply to die for. The first event for JNB Foods was in 2012 at a Women’s Expo, They sold out of 400 bottles in one weekend. At that point they knew they had something. With only fresh, natural ingredients going into all of their products, they ensure a fresh and homemade flavor with each bite.  They have now grown to 140 plus retail locations and going strong for many more, plus an online store and farmers markets and expos.
