(a) Determination of the daily feeding amount.

1. Regularly estimate shrimp survival in shrimp ponds.

It is difficult to accurately and reliably estimate the survival of shrimp in shrimp ponds. Because the distribution of shrimps in the pool is not very uniform, the clusters are always swimming around, so there is no best method for accurate estimation. Based on the estimated number of shrimp tails and the average body length, the actual daily feeding amount was calculated by referring to the shrimp feeding amount table, but adjustments should be made at any time according to actual conditions.

3. Adjust the amount of newspapers.

1 Adjust according to feeding speed. 1.5 hours after feeding, more than 70% of the shrimp reached half of the stomach or satiety, and shrimp did not have group feeding for feeding, indicating proper amount of feeding. 2 Adjust according to growth conditions. In general, the average daily shrimp increase 0.13-0.16cm in the early stage of shrimp rearing, 0.08-0.10cm in the middle period, and 0.06-0.08cm in the later period. If the above criteria are not met and the shrimp body and water environment have no problem, the growth may be slow due to lack of feeding, and the amount of feeding should be increased.

3. The principle of feeding.
