1 quartz sand filter

The filter is a filter layer composed of quartz sand according to a certain gradation to remove suspended solids, sludge and colloid in tap water. At the same time, supplemented by the filter pre-dosing system, most of the suspended solids and colloids in the water are destabilized by means of flocculation, and flocculation into flocs is removed by the quartz sand filter layer.

The tank body is made of reinforced stainless steel tank produced by Aoli original company , with internal anti-corrosion and pressure resistance of 0.6Mpa. The upper part is equipped with a distributed water distributor to make the whole tank water uniform, so as to give full play to the effect of multi-level layered filter material. The installation of the leak-proof collecting head has high strength and fine and uniform cracks, which prevents the filter material from being lost and has no obstruction to the water flow. Each tank is equipped with upper and lower manholes for easy maintenance of the equipment and replacement of the filter media. The body uses a manual valve.

2 activated carbon filter.

The filter mainly removes organic matter, germs and residual chlorine in the water. Since activated carbon has a large specific surface area, it has a strong adsorption capacity, and can adsorb bacteria, microorganisms, organic matter and residual chlorine in water, and meet the requirements of the infiltration index of reverse osmosis to protect the reverse osmosis membrane.

The filter is made with sand filtration, and the selection of activated carbon meets the requirements of GB/T13803.2-1999.

3 dosing system

Since the salts of the feed water in the reverse osmosis process are concentrated, it is possible that the salt concentration may exceed their solubility and deposition occurs. In order to prevent the concentrated water end, in particular, the concentration of CaCO 3 and CaSO 4 on the concentrated water side of a membrane element in the RO pressure vessel is larger than the equilibrium solubility index and crystallizes, thereby destroying the proper characteristics of the membrane element, and thus An organic compound scale inhibitor is added to the water inlet to increase the solubility of the salt in the water, thereby discharging with concentrated water.

Purified water equipment reverse osmosis system

The device comprises a 5 μm security filtration system, a reverse osmosis high pressure pump and a reverse osmosis desalination device.

1 5μm security filter is used to intercept particles, colloids and suspended solids above 5μm in water to protect the reverse osmosis membrane and ensure the normal operation of the system. The shell of the quick-open filter is made of stainless steel and has a 5μm filter core. It is pressed in multiple directions by the compression spring. When the pressure difference is greater than 0.1Mpa, the filter element needs to be replaced.

2 Reverse osmosis is like the “heart” of the water treatment system, which plays a key role in improving and stabilizing the effluent water quality. This technology is a high-tech membrane separation technology developed in the 1980s. The membrane pore size is only 3x10 -10 M. It is an ion-level separation device. The separation target is an ion range in the solution and an organic substance with a small molecular weight. The reverse osmosis membrane is mainly composed of polyamide low pressure composite membrane produced by American Dow /Shihan Company. The desalination rate of single membrane is above 99%, the system design temperature is 25 °C, the recovery rate is 75%, and the high pressure pressure vessel is used. High-pressure water pump, instrument, high-pressure pipeline are combined.

Since the fixed flow direction of the water flow is easy to form a downstream state on the surface of the membrane, the concentration polarization phenomenon occurs. In addition to the commonly used functions, the system design is designed with an automatic flushing function to destroy the turbulent flow state and reduce the membrane. Concentration polarization to ensure long-term stable operation of the RO membrane.

Electro-dialysis between a pair of motors, usually consisting of a plurality of sets of negative membranes, positive membranes and separators (A and B) alternately to form a concentrated water chamber and a fresh water chamber (cations are permeable to the cation membrane and anions are permeable to the membrane The cations in the fresh water chamber migrate to the negative electrode and pass through the positive membrane, and are trapped by the negative membrane in the concentrated chamber. The anions in the water migrate toward the positive electrode and are trapped by the positive membrane in the concentrated chamber, so that the number of ions in the water passing through the light chamber gradually increases.
