Three iQue Screener applications:

Application: Suitable for all flow cytometry applications, especially: antibody development, in vitro toxicity, phenotypic screening, and tumor immunotherapy research.

(1) Antibody development includes: hybridoma screening (using cells to screen antibodies), determination of cross-reactivity of species (simultaneous reaction of various genus cells), detection of production efficiency of antibody-secreting cell lines, and screening of human IgG libraries.
