After the grapes are brewed, the residual grape slag can not only replace part of the cornmeal to feed the pigs, but also has a good effect. According to scientific determination, the dry matter of grape slag contains 13.2% of crude protein, 13.2% of crude fat, 29.4% of crude fiber, 0.67% of calcium, and 0.32% of phosphorus. It also contains various vitamins and trace elements, which are coarser than corn. Protein content was 3.7%, calcium was 0.06%, phosphorus was 0.09%, and lysine was 1.57% more. Therefore, in the current situation where the supply of corn and other foodstuffs is in short supply and the price gradually rises, replacing some corn feeds with cheaper grape slags is indeed a good way to reduce costs and increase efficiency. To feed pigs with grape residue, it is best to dry the grape stalks into dried grape stalks and crush them to make a mixed feed. The proportion of the mixed feed is generally controlled at 10% to 20%. If the ratio is increased, appropriate amount of green and juicy feed should be added. After production trials, about 15% of dried powdered grape slag is used instead of cornmeal to feed pigs. Each pig can save about 50kg of corn on average, reducing the cost of feed by more than 20 yuan.
