The period is an important stage of production. The field management at this stage is very important. The main objective of management is to promote the robust development of the outer leaves, normal differentiation of the heart and the development of the root system.

First, timely and reasonable planting

When planting 3-5 leaves, the seedlings were planted in time, the plant spacing was 35-45 cm, and 2200-2700 plants were planted per acre. The specific density could be determined according to the variety, soil fertility, sowing date and other factors. Premature and small-plant type cultivars have smaller plant spacings, late-maturing and plant-type cultivars have larger plant spacings, soil fertility has larger plant spacings, and low-fertility plant spacings are smaller; late planting sites have smaller plant spacings.

Second, weeding weeding

During the whole growing period, cultivating and weeding should be performed 2-3 times. After the first time, the seedlings should be shallow and about 3 cm deep to break the soil surface. The purpose is to loosen the topsoil and remove the weeds; the second time after the seedlings are set, the depth 5-6 cm is appropriate, in order to promote the root system to the depth of the soil, and "seeding" about 10 days. In the rosette period, weeding and weeding should be carried out before unsealed ridges, but it should be done when the leaves are soft in sunny weather so as not to damage the leaves.

Third, scientific watering

At noon, the temperature is still high, and small water should be poured along the ditch to reduce ground temperature and promote growth to prevent the occurrence of viral diseases. After the seedlings are finished, they are usually watered once every 5-7 days. The amount of water should be even to prevent flooding.

IV. Balanced fertilization

After finishing the seedlings, it is necessary to top-dress fertilizers in time. In order to achieve high-quality and high-yield purposes, N, P and K fertilizers should be used in combination. Can not be a single application of urea, ammonium bicarbonate and other nitrogen fertilizers to prevent infection and reduce the quality of the disease.
