Many users who use gas boilers have told us that when the boiler is just started, there will be no fire.

Gas boilers encounter this situation mainly because of burner parts and air pressure. According to different situations, the following analysis can be done.

Gas boiler

1. After the natural gas boiler starts, the purge is normal, but it does not catch fire.

1. Insufficient electric quantity: check the line and repair

2, the solenoid valve burned out, not working (main valve, ignition valve): new

3, the pressure is unstable: adjust the air pressure to the specified value

5, the air volume is too large: reduce the air distribution, reduce the throttle opening

Second, the gas pressure of the natural gas boiler is normal, and the fire does not catch fire.

1. Ignition transformer burnout: new

2. The high voltage line is damaged or dropped: reinstall or change

3. The relative size of the ignition rod is too large or too small: readjust

4. The electrode is broken or shorted to ground: reinstall or replace it.

5, the spacing is not suitable: readjust

Third, the natural gas boiler will turn off after 5~6 seconds

1. The air pressure is insufficient, the pressure drop is too large, and the air supply flow is too small: re-adjust the air pressure, clean the filter

2, the air volume is too small, the combustion is not enough, the smoke is thicker: readjust

3, the air volume is too large, white gas appears: readjust
