Solution for air pressure failure in the printer

The air pressure failure of the printer is formed 5 seconds after the air solenoid valve is turned on. When the air pressure drops below about 60 psi (4.1 bar) for more than 20 seconds, we should analyze the cause of the printer malfunction and solve it from the following aspects:

1. The air source of the printer is cut off, check if the air pressure source is connected to the printer, and the air pressure is in the "on" state.

2. The air source pressure of the printer is reduced to less than approximately 60 psi (4.1 bar), increasing the input air pressure, resulting in a minimum of the minimum required for the type of ink used by the printer.

3. The air pressure detector is damaged. Use the resistance meter to check the working condition of the air pressure detection switch. Normally, the power is turned off, the power is turned on, and then the air pressure detecting switch is replaced.

4. The wire between the air pressure switch and the control board is disconnected or loose. Check the line connectivity first, then replace the control board.

There may be multiple solutions to a fault in the printer. Follow the above methods to eliminate the cause of the fault and solve the fault.
