Matters needing attention when selecting effervescent tablets

(1) Dispersion of materials: The materials required for effervescent tablets must have a good fluidity and easy to uniformly flow into the die hole to fill a certain amount; have a certain viscosity, and the pressure can be formed into pieces, but not too sticky. Otherwise, it is difficult to release the mold; it can be quickly dissolved in the oral cavity and gastrointestinal tract after consumption, and is easily absorbed to achieve the effect of supplementing nutrition. Excipients must have stable physical and chemical properties, are harmless to the human body, have wide sources, low cost, and meet food additive standards. The auxiliary raw materials are mainly used as a filler, a binder, a wetting agent, a lubricant, a disintegrating agent, and the like in the effervescent tablet. Some excipients often have several effects, such as starch as a filler, adhesion and disintegration. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the characteristics of various excipients, and select the application when designing the ingredients, which not only saves the auxiliary materials, but also improves the effervescent quality.

(2) Hygroscopicity of the material: The powdered sugar is very easy to absorb moisture, and the prepared effervescent tablet is soft and deliquescent, and should be taken care of when used.

(3) Adhesive——Selection of dextrin: The amount of dextrin used is too large to make the prepared granules too hard. The surface of the pressed granules often has spots and pitting, and affects the disintegration speed of the effervescent tablets. In the production, less use of dextrin alone, often combined with starch or powdered sugar in an appropriate ratio, or with starch for easy to loose effervescent tablets.

(4) Effect of adhesive on quality: The choice of adhesive has a great relationship with the quality of the finished product. If the viscosity is insufficient or the amount is too small, the pressed product is easy to be loose and chipped, but if the viscosity is too strong or the amount is too much, the particles are too hard, and the prepared effervescent tablet sugar is not easily dissolved or disintegrated. Syrup is a more viscous binder and the resulting syrup is harder.

(5) The effect of acid-base materials on effervescence effect and production:

1 The ratio of acid-base materials plays an important role in the effervescent effect. Generally, the carbon dioxide content in the finished product is not less than 8%. In order to ensure that the product is moderately sweet and sour, the neutralization of bicarbonate or carbonate is guaranteed to be complete. The amount is generally slightly higher than the amount of alkali used by 10%.

2 If citric acid must be used in the formulation, the humidity and temperature of the production workshop must be controlled within the recommended humidity temperature, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve non-sticking.

3 After replacing citric acid with tartaric acid or fumaric acid, the effect is better without precipitation. Instead of citric acid, tartaric acid will greatly reduce the moisture absorption, but the taste is not as good as that of citric acid.

(6) The effect of magnesium stearate on the quality: magnesium stearate is highly hydrophobic, and excessive dosage may affect the disintegration of the tablet sugar or the formation of splits. In the process of tableting using tablet press, magnesium stearate is mostly used as a lubricant, but all raw materials and auxiliary materials of vitamin C effervescent tablets must be soluble in water, because magnesium stearate is a hydrophobic substance, insoluble. In water, the use of magnesium stearate in Vitamin C effervescent tablets can cause turbid precipitation, and it is recommended not to use or use as little as possible.

(7) Influence of flavoring materials on products: Flavoring materials often play the role of finishing touches in effervescent tablets, and must not be ignored. Flavoring materials should be consistent with the characteristics of the product, and should also be considered to match other materials, preferably hydrophilic materials. Otherwise, it may cause precipitation and turbidity when the product is dissolved, and there will be a rough feeling at the entrance.

Tarot flight control

The new high performance precision gimbal stabilization system ZYX-GS from Tarot provides dedicated independent gimbal control to efficiently and effectively stabilize your AP/AV shots and ideally matched to our new PTZ gimbal and other 3rd party gimbal providers. The ZYX-GS features 3-axis stabilization, adjustable gains (PC), attitude locking and attitude following modes, 3-axis MEMS gyro and accelerometer, free firmware upgrade services. Offering a wide range of servo support and an unbeatable price point, Tarot hopes to continue its trend of supplying quality products to the Heli and Multi-rotor markets at the lowest possible price.

ZYX-GS provides two kinds of stabilization control mode, which are attitude locking mode and following (FPV) mode. These make the users` aerial filming applications more flexible and convenient. ZYX-GS has different control algorithms for position servos and velocity servos (no potentiometer), this advantage allows people to choose suitable control mode according to their servo type.

The gimbal stabilization system ZYX-GS uses high specification 3-axis MEMS gyro sensor and 3-axis MEMS accelerometer sensor. The advanced attitude algorithm`s updating rate is up to 800Hz, which can sense gimbal`s attitude quickly and accurately. The control algorithm is optimized for aerial filming application, adapted to harsh climate, and provides steady performance for gimbals.
