Installation of vacuum freeze dryer:
First, the installation check
1. The equipment should be placed in a ventilated place as much as possible to facilitate heat dissipation and exhaust. It must be installed by an electrician, and the condenser fan is *2 units. The running direction of the vacuum pump is consistent with the calibration direction.
2. Check if the connecting pipe and the high and low pressure meters are normal.
Second, operation, operation
1. The cooling must be preheated for 2 hours. After the preheating is finished, the refrigeration unit is started. When the temperature reaches -25 degrees, the lyophilized material is placed.
2. Pretreatment: The material must be frozen and frozen before lyophilization. The temperature depends on the product type, dry matter content and freezing speed.
3. Loading: The loading amount must be filled according to the regulations. The thickness of the material in the tray is very important for the drying time. It should not be increased arbitrarily. The shorter the loading time, the better.
4. Close the door and start the vacuum unit.
5. After the first freeze-drying, the tap water must be connected to tap water to defrosting the cold trap, and the drain port is opened to discharge the defrosting water. After confirming, the vent valve and the drain valve are closed. Perform a second freeze.
