The three-legged automatic lower discharge centrifuge is a centrifugal centrifuge with periodic cycle operation, time program control and automatic scraper discharge. The feeding mode of the centrifuge is usually when the drum reaches a certain speed (ie, the feeding speed, the rotation speed is generally 200-80 rpm), the liquid starts to be added by the center feeding powder, and the material is turned by the distributor. The inner wall of the drum is distributed, and the cloth disc is mounted on the upper end of the drum main shaft, and rotates synchronously with the rotating drum. The liquid is dispersed by centrifugal force, and at the same time, a fixed retaining plate is installed on the top of the cloth tray to prevent the liquid from splashing out of the liquid intercepting plate. (figure 1). The composition of the cloth mechanism is relatively complicated. The processing precision of the cloth disc (mainly the inclination angle) and the installation position of the center feeding tube and the cloth disc directly determine the distribution of the liquid, and the height of the feeding speed is selected for the filter cake layer. Uniformity, the degree of splashing of the liquid and the vibration of the machine have a great influence.

The main drawbacks of this type of fabric are shown in the following aspects:
1). The part structure is relatively complicated. Both the cloth tray and the baffle plate are flared. In addition to stakeout, blanking, and welding, it also needs to be used for special mold edge and labor consumption. It takes time and consumes material. Finally, the verticality of the feeding tube and the pipe joint flange must be ensured, and there must be no eccentricity.
