2.2 [unit operation procedure]

2.2.1 Locking and opening the slag door: first press the SB4 button, the solenoid valve QG4 is energized, the cylinder QGB is activated, then press the SB3 button, the solenoid valve QG2 is energized, open the door; The solenoid valves QG4 and QG2 are de-energized. The solenoid valve QG4 is interlocked with QG3, and QG1 and QG2 are interlocked.

2.2.2 Full system vacuum: Open the pneumatic valves C3, C16, C18, C25, C29, C30, M32, and vacuum the vacuum pump M1. The vacuum of the single-effect concentrator is adjusted by the valve C31, and the condenser cold and warm water is extracted by the pump M1.
