2. Balance use
1. Level adjustment: Before the balance is turned on, it should be observed whether the blisters in the level of the balance at the back of the balance are in the center of the ring, otherwise it will be adjusted by the anchor bolts of the balance, the left hand is raised, and the right hand is lowered.
2. Preheating: At least 30 minutes of warm-up time is required when the balance is turned on after the first power-on or after a long power-off. Therefore, in the normal case of laboratory electronic balances, do not cut off the power supply often.
3. Weighing:
Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the display;
Wait for the instrument to self-test. When the display shows zero, the self-test process ends and the balance can be weighed;
Place the weighing paper and press the Tare button on both sides of the display to peel it. When the display shows zero, weigh the weighing instrument and weigh the reagent.
After weighing is completed, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the display.

1. In order to use the balance correctly, please familiarize yourself with the status of the balance:
O: in the upper right corner of the display indicates that the display is in the off state;
O: indicates in the lower left corner of the display that the instrument is in standby mode and can be weighed;
A diamond logo appears in the upper left corner of the display: indicates that the instrument's microprocessor is performing a function and no other tasks are accepted.
2. The balance has been rigorously calibrated during installation, so the balance cannot be easily moved, otherwise the calibration work needs to be repeated.
3. It is strictly forbidden to weigh directly without using weighing paper! After each weighing, clean the balance to avoid contamination of the balance and affect the weighing accuracy and affect the work of others.

Precautions

Second, the electronic balance is actually an instrument that measures the gravitational force of the earth on an object that is open on the scale, that is, the gravitational acceleration of the earth (9-9. 8m2/s) is different. The accuracy of using the local weighing depends on whether the correct calibration and the accuracy of the anvil are corrected. Third, the electronic balance correction mechanism is generally divided into three categories:
Fully automatic calibration: internal standard anvil code and motor servo mechanism, just press a function key to complete the calibration in tens of seconds.
Semi-automatic correction: built-in standard anvil code but no servo mechanism, after entering the calibration procedure,
Manual calibration: There is no standard anvil code and servo mechanism in the balance. Manual calibration program and manual anvil code are required for calibration. Generally, the balance with low accuracy is manually corrected.
4. The electronic balance is a precision electronic measuring instrument that is highly sensitive to the environment. It should be handled carefully when using it. The mounting table should have no obvious vibration. Do not open it in the air conditioning port. If these conditions are not met, some improvement measures should be taken, such as changing the use. Place the windproof ink at the same time, and pay attention to adjust the bottom corner screw to center the bubble of the level indicator. The unbalanced level of the balance is also one of the reasons for the weighing error.
