High-low temperature test chamber compressor oil change step

As the core component of the high and low temperature test chamber, the compressor is the heart of its refrigeration system. The compressor oil is used in various types of machinery to reduce friction and protect the liquid lubricant of the machine and the workpiece, mainly for lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing and buffering. When the compressor oil has to be replaced for a certain period of time, what should you pay attention to when changing the oil?

The correct oil change steps for the high and low temperature test chamber compressor are as follows:
Step 1: Turn on and run to normal temperature for one hour;
Step 2: Shut down;
Step 3: Drain the oil from the tank, cooler and all filters;
Step 4: Add the newly replaced oil to the minimum amount of oil required for operation (eg 1/2 volume);
Step 5: Turn on and run to normal operating temperature for one hour. During this hour, the exhaust valve is opened and closed every 15 minutes to allow the machine to cycle at the highest pressure and lowest pressure valve settings;
Step 6: Shut down;
Step 7: Remove the oil from the cooler, fuel tank and all filters;
Step 8: Add new oil to 1/2 volume;
Step 9: Continue to the fifth step;
Step 10: Shut down;
Step 11: Dispense the oil from the entire machine in the high and low temperature test chamber, including the cooler, fuel tank and filter. Remove the tubing if necessary to remove oil from the lower part. Clean the filter, replace the separator and all non-permanent oil filters. Check the condition that the inlet filter is covered by contaminated oil and replace it as appropriate;
Step 12: Add the minimum amount of oil required to operate the recommended oil to be replaced;
Step 13: Turn on and run to normal temperature for 15 minutes;
Step 14: Shut down and drain the oil from the machine. Open the filter and filter, but do not need to replace it;
Step 15: Add oil to the machine to the normal oil level;
Step 16: Reboot and pay attention to the oil level. When the machine is operating, there will be about 1/2 oil in the observation window;
Step 17: The foam can be dispersed to the oil level within 2 minutes after shutdown and no oil flows out of the drain valve.

Generally follow this step to operate, basically safe and worry-free.
